Movement

in order to live, know oneself and engage in our relationship with the world - is at the heart of her path which initially focused on drama.
Being an acknowledged practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method and doing Tai Chi Chuan, she established the Art du mouvement® association in Paris, wherein she has developed an original teaching method relating to codified energy practices related to Eastern traditions and cultures on the one hand, and explorative teaching techniques and strategies from Western scientific research and thought on the other.

To gradually escape from compulsive functioning and attitude, to steadily promote the self-development, transformation and inventiveness processes that are latent in all of us, to learn the art of Tai Chi Chuan.

Valérie Le Huche was trained into the Feldenkrais® Method in Paris by Myriam Pfeffer.
She learned Tai Chi Chuan with Master Gu Meisheng for ten years and studied several times in Shanghai.

She now studies and teaches Tai Chi Chuan as taught by Patrick Kelly, a pupil of Huang Sheng Shyan (Malaysia).

She has practiced Kiryuho - a Japanese energy technique - since Kajo Tsuboi's first training course in Paris in 1985. She has practiced it ever since and deeply appreciates the refinement of such a training in sensory awareness.

Weekly classes, monthly workshops, residencies, individual and group sessions. The course addresses a large public of all ages and occupations, and especially thematic meetings, the performing arts (dancers, actors, singers) as well as journalists, therapists, paramedics and teachers.

Valérie Le Huche has taught in various parts of Europe: Vienna International Dance Festival, MaShe conducts workshops in Copenhagen, Brussels and Cologne on a regular basis.
